Printable Build an Apple Craft
Apples show up everywhere as we get closer to fall!
With this cut-and-paste activity, kids can color the pieces, cut them out, and build an apple of their own.
This is a great one to have ready for back to school season, Johnny Appleseed, or National Apple Month in September.

How to Build Your Own Apple

Supplies Needed
- Apple craft template
- Crayons, markers, or colored pencils
- Scissors
- Glue stick
- White copy paper or construction paper (optional)
Step 1: Color the pieces
Color the apple, stem, and leaf with crayons, markers, or colored pencils.
Apples come in shades of red, green, and yellow, or you can choose any colors you like.
Step 2: Cut out the pieces
Use the dashed lines as a guide while cutting out the pieces.
It’s completely fine if this leaves a white border, or you can cut closer to the solid lines if you’d like.
Step 3: Add the stem
If you’re using a background, start by gluing the stem onto the paper. Then, glue the apple on top so the stem sticks out from the center.
If you’re not using a background, glue the stem behind the top of the apple before moving on.

Step 4: Add the leaf
Glue the leaf beside the stem to finish your apple!
