How to Build Your Own Fall Owl

Supplies Needed

  • Fall owl craft template
  • Crayons, markers, or colored pencils
  • Scissors
  • Glue stick
  • White copy paper or construction paper (optional)

Step 1: Color the pieces

Color the owl, pumpkin, and leaves with crayons, markers, or colored pencils.

You can use fall colors like orange, yellow, red, and brown or choose your own colors.

Step 2: Cut out the pieces

Next, cut out all of the pieces.

Don’t worry about cutting perfectly on the lines.

It’s completely fine if there’s a small border around the edges.

Step 3: Add the pumpkin

Center the pumpkin on the page, and then glue it down.

Make sure to leave enough room above it for the owl.

Step 4: Add the owl

Glue the owl above the pumpkin, slightly overlapping the top.

Step 5: Finish with the leaves

Glue the three leaves along the bottom of the pumpkin.

You can arrange them like the example or put them in any order you’d like.

Now your fall owl craft is finished!
