Digital Products

All products sold through Happy Dot Printables are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped.

Purchased files are made available after successful payment and may also be delivered to the email address provided during checkout. You are responsible for entering a valid email address and ensuring that your device can open and print PDF files.

Permitted Use

Your download gives you permission to use the printable. Ownership of the files and designs is not transferred to you.

You may:

  • Print copies for your own personal use.
  • Print copies for your own children or students.
  • Use the printables in your own home, homeschool, classroom, or daycare group.
  • Print as many copies as reasonably needed for the children or students directly in your care.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Share the digital files with friends, family members, coworkers, other teachers, or other third parties.
  • Copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the templates.
  • Upload the files or designs to another website, marketplace, social media platform, shared drive, online classroom, or online group.
  • Include the templates or designs in another product, bundle, download, or resource.
  • Copy, trace, redraw, reproduce, modify, or recreate the designs for resale, redistribution, or other commercial use.

If someone else would like a copy, please send them to HappyDotPrintables.com so they can download or purchase their own.

These terms still apply if you discover one of our crafts through Pinterest, Google, social media, or another website. Finding an image or printable online does not grant permission to copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell the file or design.

Refunds

Because our products are digital files that are available immediately after purchase, purchases are generally nonrefundable.

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once or experience a problem accessing or using a file, please contact us at [email protected]. We will make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue.

Download Access

You are responsible for downloading and securely saving your purchased files. We cannot guarantee that download links or products will remain available indefinitely.

We may revoke access to a download if we reasonably believe that the file has been shared, redistributed, resold, or used in violation of these terms.
